That's it for this week, I was pretty beat up from the spartan race, felt tight, sore and fatigued. The older I get the more I actually list to my body. I spent the week working on my gym remodel and when the weekend rolled around I hiked around for bears. I would consider this a deload week which I have not had for awhile. Next week we will pick right back up to some great training. As for the bears, I have 2/3 baits being hit, I went out for some spot and stalk and didn't turn up a bear, but I can't really get to my good spots yet due to snow pack, give it one more week!
I did see a turkey at 4,000 feet, 3 moose, 22 elk which 6 were bulls and a few whitetails. I love the mountains.
