15.1 Prediction
Well the 2015 open has arrived. Tonight 15.1 gets announced, and Froning vs Fraser goes down. This is the start to the "Games Season" which keeps me pretty focused over the spring lull. I like to make a guess or a prediction before each one. I will give you a little tidbit of my thinking as well...
15.1 will be a repeat of 13.1 which was undoubtedly one of the hardest and creative workouts ever posted. 13.1 was a hybrid of 12.1 and 12.2 and blended beautifully. So with 2 years under everyone's belt, Dave Castro will want to retest this wod and have the 2 best oly metcon athletes going head to head.
Proceed through the sequence below completing as many reps as possible in 17 minutes of:
40 Burpees
75 pound Snatch, 30 reps
30 Burpees
135 pound Snatch, 30 reps
20 Burpees
165 pound Snatch, 30 reps
10 burpees
210 pound Snatch, as many reps as possible
