Lots of Snatch work off of Blocks at knee 2. Strength 4×6 Front Squats from the floor #225 3. Conditioning “Naughty Nancy” 5 RFT: 500m Run 15 OHS #95 15:29 - way too slow Wednesday June 24th 2015 Weakness Session: 1. Push Press + Push Jerk + Split (from rack) heavy sets 2.
