6 week Back Squat Cycle - Day 1
Today I am working on a 6 week squat cycle, currently I am only hitting #355 for 1 rep, I've done #375 years ago, so now I am going to finally get #400. If you're not setting goals, you're not improving...plus you have to advertise them to create that additional pressure, that will be my edge.
Wrist is about 70%, and shoulder is moving up to 80%, one more week of diligence and discipline. Plus bear hunting is going down this weekend.
1. High Bar Back Squat HBBS 70% 3x5 #250, 1 min rest
2. Snatch Pull 85% 3x2, 90% 3x3, #185,195
3. Reverse Hypers 6x5 #90
4. Halting Snatch Deadlift (upper thigh) 75% 3x3 #165
5. 10 min AMRAP: 10 chest 2 bar pull-ups, 10 KBS #70, 10 Box Jumps 24" = 6 rds + 8 reps
