Well put a fork in me - I'm done for the week training wise. I am headed up to my cabin in Idaho, I am going to try and kill a whitetail (any deer) spot and stalk. Should be a crapshoot, but I will give it hell.

Here's the training:

1) 5X1 High Pull (from floor) + Hang Snatch (power position) – hit #185

2) 5X1 Hang Clean (power position) + Front Squat + Jerk – hit #265

BB Cycling

3XME UB Cleans (full squat – from the floor) @ 80% (of max Clean) – :90 sec rest
#225 x5,x5,x4 - horrible.

1a) 5X2 Paused Clean Pulls (3 count pause at knee) – heaviest possible, rest 90 sec.
worked up to #285, holy hamstrings

1) Power Snatch: 5X1 – work to a max single for the day, #170

2) Power Clean & Push Jerk: 5X1 – work to a max single for the day, #230

1a) 5X2 Three Stop Snatch Pulls – heaviest possible, rest 90 sec. #215 (this is a very important piece for me to do weekly)

1b) 3x10 Banded goodmornings

1c) 3X5 Reverse Hypers
