I spent a lot of time in the north end of the unit by Canada. My thoughts were: 1. Thick Thick Thick Brushy 2. No moose tracks, scat, or sightings 3. Stick close to the Washington/Idaho border 4. Drive in on the West side of the Lake, not the East Side 5. Go Oct. 1st when archery elk/deer is closes and when Rifle elk/deer is closed 6. Find a bull close to a dirt road or call many friends once you hammer one 7. Priest Lake and the Selkirks rival anything I've seen as far as pure breath taking vistas Time to go shoot a few arrows.
