14.4.2 2nd Attempt

Slept about 9 hours last night, had to wake up and take some Advil in the middle of the night to dull the pain in my shoulder and wrist. Should feel better today as I iced it a ton and stretched, plus some VooDoo Flossing... try it!
Today's workout: "14.4.2" Second attempt...
60 cal row - rowed about :20 seconds faster, pushed pretty fricken hard.
50 toes to bar - broke it up into 10 sets of 5 reps with 5 seconds rest between efforts.
40 wall ball shots - 21 reps, short rest, 14 reps, short rest, and 5 reps.
30 power cleans - Did all singles which saved me some energy avoiding eccentric lowering
20 muscle-ups - broke it up into 4, 3, 3, 2, 2, 2, 2, 1, 1... small sets with short rest
28 calories - this was death and pushed me over the top.
