5 Rounds not for time: 10 back squats 135# & 20 lunges total with 50# sandbag front rack

21-18-15-12-9-6-3 for time: Calories Bike and Wall Ball Shots 20# at 10' | 11:33

Wednesday 6/26/2019

20 Minute Window:

3 Rounds of: 21 Deadlifts 165#, 6 dBall Ground to over Shoulder 150#, 19 Devil Presses 35#'s, max row for calories in remaining time | 54 cals

Thursday 6/27/2019

2 hour hike with the family, which means packing around a 35lb 3 year old for most of the hike.

For Time: 50 thrusters 115# and 50 thrusters 85#... every time you put the bar down it's a 10 calorie assault bike penalty.  18:56 with 80 cals of penalty.

Friday 6/28/2019 - Travel Day to Bozeman, MT for the Western Hunting Summit hosted by Ryan Lampers & Cody Rich

Saturday 6/29/2019

4.5 mile trail run Hyalite Canyon, 600' elevation gain.

MTN TOUGH workout at Western Hunting Summit, Bozeman, MT

20 - 2, 18 - 4, ... 2-20 of renegade pushups, run 100m, split lunges, 100m run
*Last 4 rounds shoot 1 arrow 15 yards.  I don't know my time, but it was a fun ascending/descending rep scheme and the run was a great transition piece.

Odd: 10 burpees
Even: 15 air squats + 5 pushups
