Back Squat work up to a heavy 5 rep | 305#
3 Position Clean (floor, knee, hip) plus 1 jerk - 5 sets climbing, ended at 205#
3 Rounds for total reps, 1 minute at each station: handstand push-ups strict, ab mat sit-ups, push-ups on dumbbells with alternating row 35#'s, ring rows, rest... round 1 - 85 reps, round 2 - 84 reps, round 3 - 77 reps
Tuesday 6/18/19
Warm-up: 3 rounds not for time 1 arm overhead kettlebell walk 100' each 70#, Dball Bear Hug Carry 200' 100#, 150m ski erg, bike 10 cals
Front Rack Lunges 4x20 115#
5 rounds on the 3:00 of: 12 cal assault bike, 9 bar facing burpees, 6 power snatches 115# | fastest split - 1:45, slowest split - 2:05
