Getting ready for the empire classic games event we put on each year, just moved into an apartment as we wait for our new home to be finished - expecting to move in around end of July. The weekend after we are going to Seattle to cheer on our CrossFit team, so bear hunting is on hold due to real life grown up stuff.

Today's workout:
1. 3x3+1 Power Clean & Push Jerk #195, 215, 230
2. 4 rounds (not for time) of max chest to bar pull-ups & ghd raises max efforts
3. For Time: 15-12-9-12-15
Kettlebell Swings #70
Box Jumps 24"
Burpees onto #45 Bumper

4. Cash out 100 yard prowler with a partner high/lo #340 - 1:16
