I worked out today with 3 of my homies, these ladies are insanely fit and quite the athletic bunch.
Brooke is my go to workout partner in crime, she trains and competes sort of pissed off, which I love and I can kind of relate because that's how I roll.

Salem and my wife both had babies recently, both have competed at the CrossFit Games, and each are working towards making a come back. Women are better than men. To grow a human in your body for 9 months and then boom, start taking care of the child instantly when they come into this world, then slowly get your body back. It's impressive, and I don't know how they do it. Salem has 3 young boys, how she takes care of the newest addition while still watching the other two, plus being a wife, and a coach, and trying to find time for herself... wow, women are stronger than men. I feel overwhelmed with just one sometimes.

Alicia is a first time mother, but as soon as Avery was born, a switch was flipped and it's like she was meant to be a mom, it comes so easy to her, she's a natural mom with my complete admiration. It was nice to train with these 3 ladies today...

I sat a tree stand tonight in Idaho on public ground, this spot sort of sucks, it's up on a mountain and it is on public land. I did see 1 doe tonight, thus breaking the blank sit streak that I had going. I hope this doe bedding area pays off later this month, and I cannot wait of WA late season elk to open up!!!!
