Today's workout and probably the only crossfit workout of the week... 1. EMOM for 10 Minutes Odd: 1 halting clean grip deadlift + high hang full clean 70% #205 Even: 3 Front Squats 75% #255 2. Every 2 minutes Sprint 200m :36,:37,:36,:38 3. Every :90 seconds row 200m :38, :39, :38, :38 Hunting went well, 3 days out, a handful of bugles, should be pretty good when I head back out wednesday after work...PS, elk hunting is hard. Oh, and I got rid of my long hair in the name of better elk hunting.
