Monday 12/10/18 

(1) EMOM 12 Minutes: min 1 15 cal bike, min 2 15 cal row, min 3 12 burpees

(2) Back Squat 5x5 275#

(3) 10 Minute AMRAP: 15 toes to bar + 50' handstand walk | 5 rounds + 10 reps

Tuesday 12/11/18 - Hiked up feed to my treestand, 55# pack, 6 miles round trip.  Then off to the gym:

6x6 Bench 155#  |  6x6 Ring Muscle ups

3 Rounds not for time: 10 Chest to Bar pull-ups, 3 Dball Cleans 150#, 5/5 Kettlebell strict press

Wednesday 12/12/18 - ALL day sit from dark to dark, again 3 miles one way, 50# pack in, only saw 2 does and 1 spike elk.

Thursday 12/13/18 - Just hunting for deer in the mountains, 3 miles one way to the tree stand, 50# pack, all deer lived to see another day.

Friday 12/14/2018 - my personal last day of late archery deer season here in Washington.  I stroked two does just before dark, so my workout was packing 4 hind quarters, 4 shoulders, 4 backstraps, and 4 tenderloins off the mountain plus all my gear.  Two trips, 6 miles each, and a really heavy pack in soft deep snow.
