WEEK 40 | 2018
BACK from my elk hunting season and that rollercoaster. Without fail I met adversity head on. I will try to sit down and write up my thoughts, but for now here's how you can follow along my elk hunts from 2018. Check out PODCAST EPISODE 36 where I completely recap that wild adventure. For those asking, my wife's hand is healing strong, THANK YOU for your thoughts and prayers. I am going to start dropping episodes on my ELKSHAPE YouTube Channel in the coming weeks of my day-to-day Idaho elk hunts from this fall. The series will be called "HSTL is MY Love Language." By the way that's going to be one of the next ElkShape shirts. I am in editing mode right now and hope to drop those real soon for your entertainment and possibly education. I did kill three bulls this year. I have done that two other times. It is just the way it worked out this year, I still have a ton to learn about elk hunting. Now it is back to the grindstone. I as I write this I just shot about a dozen arrows in my backyard and I am gearing up for late fall deer and bear hunting. Here's free workouts and my workout journal for anyone to try! Elk hunting is hard, CrossFit is harder, believe me.

b/t sets perform 10 diamond push-ups and 10 strict chin-ups, I hit 225# for a single and on my last set I was at 155# for five.
