That's all the training for me this week, pretty much a de-load week. I have a 14 mile spartan race the following week and I needed the weekend to install flooring at my gym solo. I am shooting everyday at least 6 arrows. I have a bear hunt on my radar at the end of May. I will be pumped when my gym remodel is done so I can go get in those mountains!
