Samurai Monday
Let me quickly state that I love training with a purpose - I plan on making it back to the 2015 CrossFit Games with a team, I plan on putting some bulls on the ground this year as well - moose, elk, etc. I plan on getting stronger and staying healthy. This is what gives me drive.
Here's Friday's workout, did it with some homeboys in the early am...

"Murph"
1 mile run
100 pull-ups
200 push-ups
300 air squats
1 mile run
*#20 vest, no partition

I wasn't too sore this weekend, but I believe I could afford to shave some time off on that workout, the push-ups are what cost me the most time. Onto more exciting things, bear camp is coming up quick with some good friends from Colorado. I have worked hard to keep many a bear coming into baits and so has my dad. I have passed a lot on bears, waiting to shoot the right one, I hope that time comes next week. I have shot my bow with broadheads on the daily, trained like an animal, ate well, slept well, and fought to keep the fire burning strong when it comes to motivation!
