Dan,
What did I get from Elkshape this yr?
I had a pinched nerve in my shoulder and had to revamp my entire shooting style. Using Elkshape resources (as well as others), I revisited everything: grip, draw process, anchor, triggering, arrow weight, bow tune, bow arm,etc..Some changes I kept, others I did not, but I cognitively examined every aspect of the aim, draw, shoot, follow through process…..I’m not new to archery, I’ve been in “the red zone”for 27 yrs. The result: improved consistency, and therefore accuracy. Most importantly confidence.
