Monday 2/4/2019

This week started off kinda crazy with a phone call I've been waiting for... a very long time in fact! I have been reaching out to local mountain lion outfitters in northern Idaho trying to strike up a deal where I could come hunt a cat on short notice rather than pay for a full week of cat hunting. After about 3 years of hustling I finally got the call that a big cat was found and no clients were to be found... I was just the guy. Here's the entire hunt:

Tuesday 2/5/2019

  1. 10 Minute AMRAP (as many reps/rounds as possible): 25 double unders, 5 power snatches 135#, 25 double unders, 5 bar muscle ups | 6 rounds + 26 reps
  2. Immediate following: 3 minute AMRAP of 165# Power Snatches | 10 reps
  3. For Time: 75' Handstand Walk, 75' Dball Bear Hug Carry 150#, 15 Dball Cleans 150#, 75' Dball Bear Hug Carry 150#, 75' Handstand Walk | 7:38
  4. 10 Minute AMRAP: 1 Sandbag Front Squat 50#, 1 Burpee Box Step Over 24", 2,2, 3,3 4,4, 5,5... etc... | 11 rounds completed.

Wednesday 2/6/2019

10 Rounds for time:

500m row, 12 deadlifts 3/4 body weight (135#), 21 Box Step-ups 24" | 39:22

Thursday 2/7/2019 REST DAY

Friday 2/8/2019

  1. Establish a heavy OHS | 215#
  2. 3 Rounds for time: 6 hang squat snatches 135#, 9 ring muscle ups | 6:15

Saturday 2/9/2019 REST DAY

Sunday 2/10/2019

5 Rounds for time:

15 calorie Assault Bike, 12 burpees, 9 thrusters DB's 50#'s | 13:15
