This program is designed to INCREASE work capacity. Anyone wanting to workout and follow a structured program written by a tenured Strength & Conditioning coach who lives to elk hunt. Minimal equipment required, in fact all you really need is a sandbag, box, and pull-up bar. You can take this program with you on the road, to the gym or other training facility. You will have 3 months worth of workouts and videos to see how each training day is supposed to go down. This program can be tailored to your fitness level, workout equipment, and can be scaled up or down if need be.
