This program is structured to keep you on task. We utilize a clock to schedule all the sets, reps and rest periods. This is a total body workout every session. You will build strength, endurance, and stamina with zero time wasted.
General Physical Preparedness is our ultimate goal so every session we address Skills, Volume and Threshold training. Regardless of your fitness level, you can scale the workouts up or down and modify movements to suit your equipment options.
