Gym - Garage - Hotel - Basement - Anywhere!
You'll want a pair of dumbbells, a pull-up bar and jump rope... that's it!
This program is far from average. It's functional fitness and it will bring about adaptations. The movements are video linked so you can make sure you know what you're doing throughout the month.
This program gives you the blueprint to always get an incredible workout in, without spending a bunch of time doing it.
(This is 4 full weeks of workouts, with a 3 days on / 1 day off schedule)
**These workouts can be modified to be done with Dumbbells OR Kettlebells.
