This program is for any level of fitness - you can scale up and you can scale down. Only equipment recommended is your hunting backpack, a sandbag, and a pair of dumbbells or a barbell. You will be doing a wide variety of movements and time domains, and we include active recovery days that are structured. Lastly, what makes this program unique is the assigned archery shooting under duress to aid in your preparation for the fall elk hunt.
